📍 Mansfield | 🕒 Full-Time, Office Based | 💷 £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

We're recruiting for a proactive and organised individual to join a busy team in Mansfield. This is a temporary role for an initial 3-month period, with the possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right person.
The Role:
Calling customers to arrange and book appointments
Managing diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently
Updating internal systems with accurate information
Providing excellent customer service over the phone
What We're Looking For:
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong communication and organisational skills
Previous customer service, appointment setting, call centre or administration experience preferred
Available to start immediately
