Customer Service Advisor – Temp-Perm (Inbound Only)

Location: Mansfield
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Start Dates: Thursday 17th June 2026

You’ll receive full training and ongoing support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast‑paced team setting.

• Handling inbound customer calls and emails — no outbound or cold calling
• Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and arranging returns
• Updating customer details and order information accurately on internal systems
• Responding to website and email enquiries quickly and professionally
• Providing friendly, efficient service and resolving customer queries

• Previous customer service or call centre experience (office, retail, or hospitality background also welcome)
• Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and helpful over the phone and email
• Good computer literacy – comfortable learning new systems
• Reliability and commitment – available for the full duration of the temporary contract
• A positive attitude and team-player approach
