Customer Support Co-ordinator

On behalf of Mining Remediation Authority , we are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator (Inside IR35) for a 2 month part time (2 days per week 7.5 hours) hybrid contract based Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

As a Customer Support Coordinator , your main responsibilities will be:
* Manage and triage the Customer Service inbox.
* Respond to customer and resident enquiries.
* Build positive relationships with customers and residents.
* Support customer engagement and feedback activities.
* Help identify and resolve customer issues.
* Coordinate improvement actions across services.
* Promote a customer-focused, values-driven culture.
* Prepare simple reports, presentations and communications.
* Support wider customer experience and service improvement projects.
* Work across teams in a varied and fast-paced role.

* Public Sector background is highly desirable
