This well known and fast growing developer are now on the hunt for an Assistant Design Manager to shadow and work very closely with the Design Manager, due to a very high workload.

You’ll be working on a mix of residential, commercial and healthcare projects, both large and small, across the country, giving you the chance to experience different buildings and engage with a wide range of stake holders.

Your responsibilities as Assistant Design Manager?
 
Coordinating all aspects of design on a range of projects
Liasing with all stakeholders regarding design such as Architects, Consultants, Engineers and contractors.
Reviewing design documentation and maintaining schedules.
Involved in design reviews & coordination meetings
Monitoring design teams progress alongside programmes and deadlines
