• Proven experience supporting children or young adults, ideally within a secondary school, care, or mentoring capacity.
• A compassionate and resilient nature, with the skill to tailor your approach to diverse learning needs and navigate challenges with positivity.
• A deep‑stated commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
• An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered with the Online Update Service, or the willingness to obtain a new one.
• Two professional references that attest to your suitability for this role.
