Are you an experienced, qualified HLTA looking to make a real impact in primary schools across Mansfield? We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic practitioners to support teaching and learning across a variety of primary settings.

• Delivering high‑quality teaching and learning support under the guidance of class teachers
• Leading small group interventions and supporting individuals to achieve their potential
• Planning and preparing resources to support curriculum delivery
• Supporting whole‑class teaching when necessary, including cover for absent teachers
• Assisting with assessment and record‑keeping of pupil progress
• Supporting behaviour management in line with school policies
• Working closely with teachers, senior leaders, and parents to ensure consistent learning outcomes

• Holds HLTA status or equivalent recognised qualification
• Has recent experience in primary school settings
• Is confident delivering lessons and interventions across KS1 and KS2
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is enthusiastic, flexible, and passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
• Can work independently and as part of a team
