Think for the Future in Mansfield is looking for a Deputy Manager for the Inclusion Centre. This role involves leading daily operations, supporting staff, and managing behaviour interventions to re-engage pupils at risk of exclusion. The ideal candidate will have experience in behaviour support and strong leadership skills. You will benefit from a competitive term-time salary, full induction training, and flexible working arrangements.

This is a permanent, term-time only position with a salary of £27,000–£30,000.
