About the Role

We're looking for an inspiring and experienced School Lead to take ownership of a specialist education site and play a key role in shaping its success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident education leader who is passionate about driving high standards, supporting staff development, and making a real impact on the lives of young people.

You'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to lead the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring outstanding teaching, strong pastoral support, and positive student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day running and operational management of the site
Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and pastoral support
Drive improvements in behaviour, attendance and student achievement
Act as Safeguarding Lead (alongside the Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding Lead) and promote a strong safeguarding culture
Lead, develop and motivate staff, including performance management
