.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, offering both group and 1:1 support depending on the needs of pupils. You will play a vital role in:

• Supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum
• Delivering small group interventions
• Assisting with phonics, reading and numeracy activities
• Helping to differentiate work for varying ability levels
• Creating a positive, nurturing classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required (SEN, behaviour, communication)

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children in a primary school setting
• A calm, caring and proactive approach
• Confidence supporting learning and behaviour
• Strong communication skills with pupils, staff and parents
• A genuine passion for helping children progress

Experience with SEN is beneficial, but not essential.
