Field Service Engineer – HVAC / Heat Pumps Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer looking for a role with real variety, stability, and the opportunity to develop into renewable technologies?

We’re working with a growing and well-respected business looking to add a strong Field Service Engineer to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HVAC / refrigeration professional who enjoys fault finding, working in different environments, and being part of a supportive team.

The Role – Field Service Engineer As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be working across a range of commercial sites, carrying out:

Fault finding, servicing, and maintenance on HVAC systems
Work on air conditioning, refrigeration, chillers, and heat pump systems
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown work
Plant room and building services maintenance
Occasional installation and upgrade work

This Field Service Engineer role offers variety—you won’t be stuck on one site or doing repetitive work.

What we’re looking forTo be successful as a Field Service Engineer, you don’t need to tick every box—but you should have:

Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, or chillers
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
FGAS qualification
Comfortable working independently in the field
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience with heat pumps is beneficial, but not essential—training and exposure will be provided.
