As Lead Fire Risk Assessor ,youwillundertakeandleadlifesafetyfireriskassessmentsacrossabroadrangeofpremiseswhileprovidingtechnicaloversight,quality assurance,mentoring,andguidancetothewiderassessmentteam.
Youwillplayakeyroleinensuringfireriskassessmentsarecompletedtothehigheststandardsofaccuracy,professionalism,and compliance.

- Leadoncomplex,higher-risk,andtechnicallychallengingprojects.
- Produce clear,practical,andcompliantfireriskassessmentreports.
- Reviewandqualityassuretheworkofotherassessors.
- Actasatechnicalpointofreferenceforcomplexfiresafetyissues.
- Supportcompetencyreviews,witnessed assessments,andtechnicalaudits.
- Mentoranddevelop Fire Risk Assessorswithintheteam .
- Assistwithcertificationauditsandcomplianceactivities.
- Provideprofessionalfiresafetyadviceandguidance.
- Buildandmaintainstrongclientrelationships.
- Provenexperienceundertaking Fire Risk Assessments .
- StrongunderstandingofUKfiresafetylegislationandguidance.
- Excellent report-writingandcommunicationskills.
- Abilitytomanageworkloadindependentlyandprioritiseeffectively.
- Experienceassessingavarietyofbuildingtypesandoccupancies.
- FullUKDriving
Licence.
- Recognised Fire Risk Assessment qualification .
- Membershipofarecognisedprofessionalbody(IFE,IFSMorequivalent).
- Experiencereviewingandvalidating Fire Risk Assessments .
- Experiencementoringorsupportingjuniorassessors.
- KnowledgeofPAS
