Credit Controller

Mansfield Part Time Permanent

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, Reflex Group are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy finance team within the Reflex Division on a part-time basis.

The Role

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will support the management of cash collection, aged debt reduction, customer query resolution, and overall cash flow across the business. This role would suit somebody who enjoys building strong relationships and thrives within a collaborative finance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and prioritising cash collection activities
  • Chasing aged debt and accounts exceeding credit limits
  • Resolving customer payment queries efficiently
  • Liaising closely with sales representatives and customer service teams
  • Carrying out credit limit and payment term reviews
  • Performing account reconciliations and supporting month-end processes
  • Monitoring KPIs and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Processing invoicing, allocating payments, and uploading invoices to customer portals
  • Supporting the wider finance team when required
About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within Credit Control
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
  • Confident working within a fast-paced finance environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Able to manage high-volume workloads across multiple divisions
