The NHS is seeking an experienced Lead Practice Nurse to provide high quality care at Church side Medical Practice in Mansfield. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting, along with a valid nursing registration. You will be responsible for monitoring patient vital signs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and leading the nursing team.
This full-time position requires you to work 37.5 hours per week but may also be split into part-time roles. Experience with Systm One would be advantageous but training is available.
