Role Summary

The Mansfield Local Mental Health Team (LMHT) are looking to recruit a compassionate and highly skilled Team Leader to join the LMHT management team.

Core Responsibilities
  • Work in collaboration with the Clinical Lead and the broader LMHT workforce to lead, monitor, and evaluate team practice, driving toward clinical excellence.
  • Provide managerial supervision and support the multi‑disciplinary team to ensure delivery of high‑quality, safe, patient‑centred care, providing senior leadership within the service.
  • Ensure effective delivery of evidence‑based practice in accordance with Trust systems, policies, and procedures, and ensure all performance‑management and governance arrangements are in place.
  • Execute LMHT service transformation in line with the NHS Long Term Plan, supporting the evolution of pathway interventions with community mental services and embedding, implementing, and monitoring new ways of working.
  • Demonstrate active clinical and managerial leadership skills, providing support, education, and supervision to junior staff members and other professionals.
