Previous Band 5 Pharmacy experience MMPT External Accreditation is essential (please note: internal hospital MMPT accreditation will not be accepted) Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team What you'll receive:
