Beaumond House Hospice Care is hiring a Care Assistant to provide high-quality care for patients in their own homes, and to support families in line with hospice policy. The role is part-time or full-time with a shift pattern across 7 days and 12-hour/shorter shifts, based on qualifications.
You will work under a registered nurse in a supportive team within the End-of-Life Care Together Integrated Hub, delivering compassionate, patient-centred care and maintaining the hospice standards.
