We provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex healthcare needs in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, helping them live as independently, safely, and confidently as possible. The Opportunity We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our workforce to provide outstanding care to people in their own homes. What does this role look like?

The role requires you to provide care to multiple clients in their own homes. Clients vary in needs which you will have prior knowledge of by reading and executing care plans. Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to :
Medication administration Personal care Moving and handling Building long last relationships with both the client and family members Liaising with nurses within Complex Care Professionals to report any updates or required reviews Complete care notes for safety and continuity of car
