Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a specialist mental health rehabilitation service in Mansfield.

This isn't a typical support worker role. You'll be supporting individuals on their recovery journey, helping them rebuild confidence, develop independence and work towards living successfully within the community.

The Role

No two days are the same. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll help people take positive steps forward in their recovery and independence.

Responsibilities

* Support daily living activities and personal care where required

* Encourage independence and positive recovery outcomes

* Build trusting and professional relationships

* Support activities and community engagement

* Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals

Previous mental health experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern

* Early shifts: 07:15 - 14:30

* Late shifts: 14:15 - 21:30

* Night shifts: 21:15 - 07:30

35 hours per week on a rotating rota, with rotas issued six weeks in advance.
