Duties in this Clinical Lead role:
Monitoring and maintaining high standards of care delivered by qualified nursing and care staff. Supporting the Home Manager in implementing policies, procedures, and clinical objectives. Monitoring residents' health and well-being, identifying changes in their needs, and ensuring care plans are updated accordingly. Acting as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals. Criteria to apply for this Clinical Lead role:
Must be a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN. Have a strong understanding of clinical governance and quality standards.
