£40,000–£50,000 + £1k+ quarterly bonus | Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Ready to take ownership of digital growth? Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager for a successful business with three established e-commerce brands, £10m annual sales and a £12m growth target.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead Google Ads, PPC and SEO campaigns, manage a significant marketing budget and make a measurable impact.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
* Manage Google Ads, PPC and SEO to maximise ROI.
* Drive online sales and customer acquisition.
* Lead the digital marketing and e-commerce team.
* Oversee email marketing, social media and website performance.
* Manage budgets, Magento agencies and external partners.
* Use analytics to improve conversions and revenue.
* Report directly to company owners.
About You
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with:
* Proven experience in Google Ads, PPC and SEO.
* A track record of growing e-commerce sales.
* Strong commercial and analytical skills.
* Experience managing teams, budgets and agencies.
* Knowledge of Magento or a similar platform.
