The Opportunity
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New builds and more

You'll be a key part of a friendly, high-performing team and have the chance to make a real impact in a firm that rewards hard work and supports progression. Who we're looking for:

• 12 months or more experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload (fee earning)
• Whether you're a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or have proven experience - all backgrounds welcome
• A proactive, client-focused individual who enjoys being part of a team
