Commercial Property Paralegal - Mansfield - £23,000-£28,000The Firm A respected regional practice with a strong commercial client base and a reputation for delivering pragmatic, business-focused legal advice. The commercial property team acts for a wide range of clients including local businesses, investors and developers, offering exposure to high-quality transactional work within a supportive and approachable environment.The Role
• Assisting solicitors on a broad range of commercial property transactions
• Drafting and reviewing leases, licences and ancillary documentation
• Conducting title checks and preparing reports on title
• Managing post-completion matters and Land Registry applications
• Liaising directly with clients, agents and third parties
• Supporting fee earners with file management and transaction progression
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards Are you keen to move beyond purely administrative duties and gain hands-on exposure to substantive commercial property work?You
• Previous experience within a commercial property team or a strong academic background with relevant work experience
• Organised, methodical and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
