Full-Time, PermanentSalary: Competitive (DOE) + Bonus + Excellent Benefits An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal (ideal for a Law Graduate or CILEX trainee) to join its busy and reputable Private Client Department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of private client matters, with genuine scope for career progression and increased responsibility.

The Role You will be working within a supportive and experienced Private Client team, assisting with a wide range of matters including:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Assisting with the administration of estates and trusts
• Supporting Court of Protection Deputyship applications
• Liaising with clients in person, by phone and via email
• Undertaking legal research as required
• Managing new client enquiries
• Providing general administrative and case support to Solicitors and Fee Earners

This role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge within Private Client law. About You The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Previous experience within a Private Client department (desirable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proactive and organised approach
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365
• Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity in client matters
• A genuine interest in developing a career in Private Client law
