Commercial Property Paralegal Excellent Progression Opportunity

role
- Supporting experienced fee earners on a wide range of Commercial Property matters, including sales, acquisitions, leases and related transactions
- Managing documentation, files and correspondence across multiple matters
- Liaising with clients, agents and third parties by telephone and email
- Assisting with the smooth progression of transactions while meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
- Working full time in an office-based, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm)
- Immediate start available, subject to notice period
- An experienced Commercial or Residential Property Paralegal, a law graduate, or someone with a strong academic background and a clear interest in Commercial Property law
- Ideally 2+ years' experience in property law, although applications from less experienced candidates with strong academics are welcomed
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage a busy workload
- Proactive, reliable and team-focused in your approach
- Salary between £24,500 and £30,000, depending on experience and qualifications
