Due to continued success and expansion our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their dedicated team based in Newark.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service. In return for your hard work and expertise you will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 along with the opportunity to grow within a respected and supportive firm.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft wills, LPAs, trust documents and probate applications
• Support the administration of estates
• Advise clients on private client matters including trusts and lasting powers of attorney
• Liaise with external stakeholders, executors, beneficiaries and financial advisers
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth progression of all matters
• Correspond with clients to provide updates on case developments, timelines and associated costs
• Research and analyse legal documents, regulations and case law to support the accuracy of advice

Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a similar role within a legal setting
• Private client experience is not required as training can be provided
• Ability to offer clear, sensitive and commercially sound advice to clients
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied and time‑sensitive workload
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with clients
  
  Good attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
