Working closely with the Head of Residential Property, the successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, helping clients navigate one of life's most important decisions.

The Role Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion Deliver exceptional levels of client care throughout the transaction process Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members Work alongside the Head of Residential Property to support the department's continued growth and success About You Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or similar qualification At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing Confident handling your own caseload independently Strong organisational and communication skills Proactive, client-focused and committed to delivering excellent service Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team What's on Offer?
