Our client, a reputable Accident Repair Centre in Mansfield, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their busy and well-established team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking to progress within a high-volume, modern bodyshop environment that offers great earning potential and ongoing career development. The successful candidate will be working on a diverse range of insurance, OEM-approved, prestige, and fleet repair work, including LCV, hybrid, and electric vehicle repairs.

Up to £51,000 basic salary with OTE over £60,000 (uncapped bonus scheme)

Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
Prepare, paint, and finish vehicles to industry standards
Mix and match paint colours accurately in line with specifications
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer, insurer, and repair standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
Conduct final quality checks before vehicle release
Keep up-to-date with modern paint systems and repair techniques
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician
Qualified to NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of modern paint systems and repair methods
Ability to work efficiently within a high-volume setting
High attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
Full UK driving licence
