Overview

Branch Manager – Mansfield – £35,000 – £38,000 + Bonus

We have a new opportunity for an experienced manager with a background in financial services / banking to join our client in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. You will require excellent customer service and people management skills. This is a full-time, permanent position.

• Providing management across the branch including setting and achieving targets
• Actively promoting the business products and services
• Providing excellent customer service to customers
• Providing training to new and existing staff members
• Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures and legalities
• Actively working in the community to engage with charities and local opportunities
• Contributing to the advertising and marketing of the business
• Providing support to other branches when required

• Management experience within financial services or banking
• Degree within a finance / business related subject
• CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• Knowledge of BCOBS and MCOBS regulations
• Access to car as some travel to other branches may be required

• The salary on offer is £35,000 – £38,000pa + Bonus
• Contracted working hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. With this being a senior role you will be expected to be flexible depending on business needs.
