An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a busy dealership in Mansfield.

What you’ll be doing :
Managing the day-to-day running of the Aftersales department
Allocating workshop and parts resources effectively and within budget
Monitoring parts stock levels and identifying areas for improvement
Achieving agreed profit targets within set time frames
Identifying opportunities to grow the department and improve performance
Planning and promoting marketing activity and events
Reviewing monthly sales and profit performance with senior management
Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Leading by example to ensure a consistently high level of customer service
Coaching, developing and motivating your team
Managing workloads to match department priorities

Requirements for this role:

Previous Aftersales experience within the motor trade
Good knowledge of automotive systems, servicing, repairs and warranties
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Target-driven with a real ambition to succeed
