Full‑time, 37 hours per week, term‑time only plus 2 weeks' holidays. Permanent role. Grade F points 20‑24 (£32,597‑£35,412 FTE per annum). Actual salary £29,474‑£32,020 per annum.

King Edward Primary School & Nursery is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the school office, HR, payroll and other administrative, financial and organisational processes. The role works closely with the Head Teacher and the Transform Trust central team to ensure accurate and timely completion of school finance and HR processes. You will support the Senior Management Team by enabling effective strategic decision‑making.

• Manage the school office and support staff.
• Coordinate HR, payroll, financial and administrative processes.
• Assist in planning, development and monitoring of support services.

• General office or similar experience, ideally in an educational setting.
• Experience managing people.
• Ability to carry out routine and more complex financial calculations.
• Skill in interpreting data and presenting information to senior staff.
• High accuracy and pride in work.
• Strong teamwork, communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
