3D Production Display Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced 3D Production Display Project Manager to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment, overseeing the delivery of high-quality 3D point-of-sale (POS) display solutions.

This role is responsible for the control, management, and processing of 3D POS projects through the full manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring all jobs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with the account management team, you will take detailed briefs, provide expert advice on the most effective production routes, and balance quality with cost efficiency to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

• Manage multiple 3D POS display projects from brief through to manufacture and delivery

• Advise on best production methods based on quality, cost, and timescales

• Liaise closely with internal teams including manufacturing, print production, and distribution

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed budgets

• Oversee and understand processes including CAD development, load-ups, print production, and distribution logistics

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle

• Proactively identify risks and implement effective solutions

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong internal relationships

• Strong knowledge of print manufacturing and production processes

• Broad understanding of CAD, load-ups, print production, and distribution

• Experience managing tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to take full ownership of projects

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and follow established procedures

• High attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Confident and accurate creative brief-taking skills
