The Role An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join a skilled manufacturing team in Mansfield. Working within a busy workshop environment, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bespoke joinery products, working from technical drawings and ensuring all work is completed to the required standard. Manufacturing bespoke joinery products from technical drawings Working with a variety of materials including panels, veneers, timber and solid surfaces Producing both straight and curved joinery components to a high standard Using a range of hand tools and woodworking machinery Assembling and fitting joinery components to a high standard Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process Working closely with colleagues to achieve production deadlines Maintaining a safe and organised working environment About You Previous experience as a Bench Hand Joiner Able to read and interpret technical drawings Skilled in working with panels, veneers, timber and solid surface materials Experience producing curved joinery work Able to work on your own initiative and manage workloads effectively Experience working within a joinery manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual and committed to producing high-quality work
