Rotating 2-week pattern, Monday to Friday (06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00)

We’re looking for a skilled Rewind Operator to join a busy production team in Mansfield. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring high-quality finishing by inspecting, slitting, and rewinding printed reels to customer specifications. You’ll be working with precision equipment, maintaining standards, and supporting smooth workflow within the department.

• Operate rewind machinery to produce finished reels to specification
• Load master reels and set up machines according to job requirements
• Select, fit, and calibrate mandrels, cores, and blades in line with customer specifications
• Use AVT inspection systems to identify and remove substandard print
• Maintain consistent reel quality throughout production runs
• Ensure reels are correctly labelled and traceable
• Carry out line clearance and follow safety and quality procedures
• Perform basic maintenance and calibration of equipment

• Previous experience as an Inspection Finisher or Rewind Operator (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy
• Good communication skills and team-focused approach
• Willingness to learn and operate printing machinery/software
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and safe working practices
