Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the role:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Operatives to join our busy glass manufacturing team. Experience with in the glass industry is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate. This role will involve the manufacture of high-quality double glazed units and the safe handling of glass products within a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Manufacturing double glazed sealed units
• Handling and processing glass safely and efficiently
• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Assembling components to required specifications
• Conducting quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following company health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and movement of materials
• Meeting production targets and deadlines
• Supporting other departments as required

Candidate Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred

• Previous experience within a glass manufacturing environment
• Experience producing double glazed units
• Knowledge of glass handling and processing techniques
• Experience working with production machinery
