Veterinary Surgeon Nottinghamshire

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a successful small animal veterinary practice in the Mansfield area near Nottingham in the East Midlands.

• Experience in all routine surgeries and be capable of very minimal sole charge.
• Warm and friendly team of 4 vets including a Certificate holder in Exotics.
• Certificates are actively encouraged.

• Full time working 35 hours a week including 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH with the same day off every week.
• Practice is established and successful with state of the art equipment including a full laboratory suite, digital radiography, high tech ultrasound machine with a cardiac probe, ECG and tonopen etc.
• CPD allowance and certificates are actively encouraged.
• Paid RCVS, BVA, VDS, BSAVA memberships.
• Great location near to the city of Nottingham with great motorway and train links for easy commuting only 30 mins to East Midlands Airport and near to Sherwood Forest.

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Registered with the RCVS.
• Experience in all routine surgeries.
• Capable of very minimal sole charge.

• Salary to £60,000.00 per annum FTE (subject to experience)
