Entain Group operates a network of Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops and offers exciting customer service roles. As Retail Customer Service Manager, you will lead shop-level customer service, drive standards, and ensure a positive experience for every guest while reporting to the Shop Manager.
You will manage daily shop operations, handle cash transactions, train staff, and promote responsible betting in a fast-paced retail environment across our Mansfield locations.
