An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Manager to join a busy main dealership in Mansfield.
This is a varied role working with New, Used and Motability vehicles. If you have strong motor trade sales experience and a proven background in finance and insurance, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

Previous senior sales experience within the motor trade
A strong track record in finance and insurance sales
A customer-focused approach with the ability to exceed expectations
A driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets

What you’ll be doing :
Identifying and recommending suitable finance and insurance products based on customer needs
Building strong rapport with customers and ensuring they are treated fairly
Monitoring finance performance against targets and addressing any shortfalls
Supporting management with forecasting and planning
Coaching and supporting the wider sales team
Ensuring compliance with company processes and industry regulations
Logging activity and providing regular feedback to senior management

Requirements for this role:

Have experience in a target-driven motor trade environment
Be organised and able to manage changing priorities
Have strong negotiation and presentation skills
Lead by example and motivate others
Be knowledgeable in vehicle and consumer legislation
Hold a full UK driving licence
Be willing to complete a Basic DBS check
