Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor – Mansfield (Permanent)

Salary of £33,126.54 per annum plus commission and bonus. Working five days weekly from 10am to 5pm, you will have either Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday and Friday off, with one in four weekends free.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will guide buyers from initial enquiry through to reservation, helping them find their ideal home. This position requires a passion for delivering outstanding service and strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales advisory capacity is essential.

• Welcome and assist prospective purchasers visiting the development.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their individual requirements.
• Manage enquiries and follow up leads.
• Conduct development and show home tours.
• Take reservations and complete all associated sales documentation accurately.
• Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and financial advisers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, local market awareness and competitor information.
• Ensure compliance and paperwork with all sales procedures, regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

• Previous experience in new homes sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A positive, self‑motivated approach.
• A full UK driving licence.
