YMCA Robin Hood Group is recruiting a Senior Youth Support Worker to help young people gain life skills for independent living. You will use a person-centered approach, drawing on experience in Supported Housing to achieve positive outcomes.
You will co-produce plans with young people, work with agencies, and promote education, training, or employment while building a supportive, safe environment. 37.5 hours weekly on a rotating shift.
