Looking for a full-time warehouse role with no weekend work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position?

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is recruiting experienced Picker / Packers to join a busy distribution operation in the Mansfield area.

This is a physically active role suited to candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can maintain accuracy while working towards daily targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking customer orders using manual pick sheets

• Packing products ready for dispatch

• Handling products weighing up to 20kg

• Working towards daily productivity targets (65+ orders per shift)

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure order accuracy

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience

• A good eye for detail and accuracy

• The ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment

• A good level of physical fitness, including regular lifting and standing throughout the shift

• Safety boots and hi-vis vest

• A reliable approach and strong work ethic

What you'll receive:

• £12.85 per hour

• Full-time, Monday to Friday hours

• No weekends required

• Immediate starts available

• Temp-to-perm opportunity for successful candidates
