ResponsibilitiesAs an estimating manager on our team, you will be responsible for developing and leading a team of high-performing estimators. This involves overseeing bid preparation, accuracy, and compliance while mentoring junior estimators and tracking departmental KPIs. You’ll manage client communications, coordinate input from internal teams and subcontractors, and ensure standardized processes for cost analysis, proposal quality, and project handoffs.

- 5+ years of estimating experience within the commercial or residential construction space
- 2+ years as a lead estimator or estimating manager overseeing a team
- GED
- Software expertise:
Plan Swift, Procore, On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
- BS in construction management or related field
- Experience in the residential/custom homes space
