Position OverviewAs a New Accounts Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our branch, ensuring seamless account management and exceptional customer service.
Position Highlights- Account Expertise:
Handle opening, maintenance, and closure of various account types. - Customer Relations:
Build strong relationships, explain financial services, and guide through account setup. - Sales Enthusiast:
Cross‑sell bank products and manage safe deposit boxes. - Detail‑Oriented:
Accurately record account information and address inquiries. - Compliance Champion:
Obtain necessary clearances and adhere to procedures.
- Provide disclosures before opening an account.
- Interview customers and tailor solutions.
- Track personal information and follow up promptly.
- Accurately enter account details into systems.
- Refer customers to staff and obtain clearances.
- Manage check orders and safe deposit vaults.
- Place uncollected funds on hold and notify customers.
- Process teller transactions and fulfill customer service duties.
- Handle cashing checks and disbursing funds with authentication measures.
