This full-time, permanent role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients, caregivers, and facilities while adhering to professional standards. You will play a pivotal role in creating personalized treatment plans, supervising support staff, managing cases effectively, and building lasting relationships with clients and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional physical therapy services that meet professional standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and aides, ensuring high-quality care.
• Accurately document treatment goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Comply with state-specific Practice Acts and physical therapy regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, staff, and facilities to enhance collaboration and care quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy education program.
• Active state licensure/registration, as applicable.
