Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. They help shape the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities. In this customer‑focused role, you will work independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer help locating additional items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties—handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks per store manager instructions.
• Support opening and closing store activities, when needed.
• Provide customer support to all departments (photo and beauty), ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as opportunities for growth.
• Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

• Remain upright on your feet for sustained periods.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly for moving objects, including overhead lifting.
• Visual acuity sufficient for viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts/details.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer‑service setting.

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.
