As a Sales Consultant in Training we provide you with world‑class training, development and coaching throughout your journey and the tools and techniques to make you successful. Through our training you will learn all products, how to sell homes and secure contracts.

• Follow a proven sales process that leads to a six‑figure income.
• Learn all products and how to sell homes.
• Secure contracts and close homes.
• Work hard, be coachable, and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays.

• No new home sales experience required (2 successful years of sales experience preferred).
• Valid CA Real Estate License is required.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.

Hourly rate of $25.00 plus a commission of $250.00 per home close and extensive benefits—including medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. To learn more about us, visit
