Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading our maintenance team at a state of the art EV battery manufacturing plant.

• Supervising and scheduling maintenance technicians.
• Respond to outages.

• Education: 2-year electrical, technical, or related degree. Equivalent technical certifications and experience will also be considered.
• Experience: At least 5 years experience as a maintenance technician with 1+ years leadership experience.
• Industrial Electrical Systems: Strong understanding of industrial electrical principles, including AC/DC circuits, motor controls, and safety systems.

• PLC Programming: Knowledge of Beckhoff and Siemens PLCs, with the ability to interpret and modify ladder logic and other PLC code.
• VFDs & Servo Drives: Knowledge of VFD and Servo Drive systems, including their installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• CAD Software: Knowledge in using ePlan Electrical CAD software for schematic design and modification.
• Troubleshooting: Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Communication: Ability to communicate technical information effectively with engineers and other team members.

The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $83,000 - $100,000 plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. The range listed in the job posting represents the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across all U.S. locations. Actual compensation within the range will be influenced by the specific work location, along with factors such as job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
