Gotion Illinois is seeking a Pack Team Lead to guide a production team responsible for assembling battery packs in our factory. You will drive daily operations, coach team members, and ensure targets for quality, output, and safety are met.
You will partner with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve issues, implement improvements, maintain accurate production records and schedules, and ensure deviations are documented and corrective actions taken.
