• Conduct recovery‑oriented and educational groups under the direction of the Program Manager.
• Engage patients in treatment through motivational interviewing and motivational enhancement techniques.
• Assist with monitoring patient engagement and communicate with the treatment team regarding attendance, participation, and any barriers or needs to support treatment involvement.
• Process incoming patients, including basic orientation to program rules.
• Support treatment plans by reporting client observations and supporting decisions concerning therapy, discipline, and privilege (at a minimum twice per shift, subject to change as need arises).
• Assist case managers/counselors with client activities by implementing scheduled or requested activities.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to monitor clients’ vital signs, observe urine drops, monitor self‑administration of medications, and chart all pertinent data.
• Perform room and facility checks, at varying intervals, to ensure clients’ comfort, safety, and well‑being.

Saturday – Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (flexible to accommodate agency needs)

$18.26 per hour

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• At least one year of recovery from substance use, mental health, or co‑occurring substance use and mental health challenges.
• Certification in Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) or Peer Recovery Support (CPRS), or attain certification within one year of placement.
• Demonstrates the ability to work within an agency structure, accept supervision, and participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
