- Proven experience in delivery operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain management
- Strong proficiency with delivery management software and tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliveries efficiently
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations
- Knowledge of route optimization and fleet management principles
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
