Park Team Member

Overview

OBJECTIVE:
Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Member workers perform many tasks with the families and peers throughout the park to ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Attending customers as quick as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
• Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver, collect guest information such as address, name, email address, and phone number using an IPAD.
• Operate the front check-out counter for receiving the exact bill amount from guests, managing cash flow by recording transactions daily, taking payments by cash or card, and providing exact change if payment is by cash.
• Verify billing transactions by confirming the amount displayed on the POS.
• Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream.
• Check snack inventory is sufficient and communicate with management to order snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock.
• Walk the floor regularly to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize all park structures (e.g., tables, chairs, playground structures).
• Assist and participate in family events and ensure events operate efficiently.
